Welcome to Grad Strategist. These terms govern your use of gradstrategist.com (the "Site") and the products and services offered through it. Grad Strategist is a brand of ADFR Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.What you're buyingWe sell three products: the From Search to Acceptance guide (a digital PDF), the Graduate Pathway Strategy Package, and the Application Materials Review. The Strategy Package and the Materials Review include the guide plus one complete delivery of written feedback on the materials you submit.Service scopeThe Guide is written for applicants to research-based graduate programs in the United States, across STEM and the social sciences. The Graduate Pathway Strategy Package and the Application Materials Review are currently offered for applicants to research-based graduate programs in the life sciences only, including molecular biology, cell biology, biochemistry, genetics, microbiology, immunology, neuroscience, developmental biology, structural biology, biophysics, computational biology, bioinformatics, ecology, evolutionary biology, marine biology, and wildlife biology. PhD and research master's programs. If your application is to a program outside this scope, the personalized services may not be the right fit.What we do not guaranteeGraduate school admissions decisions are made by universities, not by us. We don't promise that using our products will result in admission to any program, funding, or specific outcome. Our work is to help you make better-informed strategic decisions and to give you written feedback on your application materials.Your responsibilitiesYou agree to use the guide and feedback for your own application work. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the PDF with others. Short quotations for review or discussion are fine. If you violate this, we reserve the right to refuse future purchases.Personalized servicesThe Strategy Package and Materials Review each include one complete delivery of written feedback. Re-review of revised drafts is not included. Turnaround is within 7 business days for the Strategy Package and for the Materials Review, from when we receive your materials through the intake form. We may pause or delay reviews around major holidays. We'll notify you if so. If we can't deliver within a reasonable window, we'll refund the difference between the package price and the guide-only price.PaymentPayments are processed by Gumroad. We don't store your payment information. Prices are in US dollars.RefundsSee our Refund Policy at gradstrategist.com/refund.Your contentWhen you submit materials for a strategy report or review (your CV, SOP, goals statement, or related materials), you retain ownership of everything you submit. You give us permission to read, comment on, and email your reviewed documents back to you. We don't share your materials with anyone else, and we don't use them to train AI, populate databases, or for any purpose other than delivering your strategy report or review.We delete uploaded files within 90 days of returning your work. See our Privacy Policy for details.Changes to these termsWe may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted on this page with the new "last updated" date.
